3-D Images of the Sun
On my morning news rounds … I just found this very interesting news article. Recently, NASA had released 3-d images of the sun (very pretty) …
A New Earth?
So, a European institute decided to go one better and release their findings … they’ve finally found a planet (about 20 light years away) that has conditions very similar to earth! Similar temperatures, possibility of water and same temperature sun … could we have intergalactic cousins soon?

Personal Post-It Notes …
Spent Wednesday to Sunday at Patterns of Excellence … it was exhilarating as usual. Had to run off for meetings in between, but still got to spend a fair bit of time in there.
At POE one evening, was sitting with Pete, YZ & Alvin … and we ended up discussing the world of seduction, pick-up artists and inner congruence among men. Since we’re all self-help junkies (and from my observations at participants of POE over the last two years), I noticed an interesting trend among people who’re always looking to improve.
We’re always looking for feedback from the world to improve our behaviour. And so we give up our old identities in search for something better … the ironical thing is after giving up our old identities, we become even more desperate!
I’ve gone through that stage myself (I’m sure it’ll happen again some time in the future) … we’re looking to become better, so we are more congruent. But when we give up our identities in search for better ones … we become even more lost, it’s a step backward!
Does any of this make sense? Anyone who’s looked to make giant leaps in their personality will know this challenge. I think the fault lies with the self-help world for telling us we have to first improve, then accept our identities. Instead, I’ve accepted my strengths and weaknesses first. And so from now on, any improvement is also a step up.
Today (Wednesday), I’m working from home after a long time. Sigh … it’s so good to wake up, make myself breakfast and drink my tea watching the pool below! Did I mention I love freelancing? The freedom and lifestyle is just so awesome …
Otherwise, I’m unbelievably busy. Two clients (one of whom is quite demanding). 3 Projects that I’ve invested in. Running a toastmasters club. Doing life coaching. And finding time in between to eat & exercise right … damn, I AM stretching!
