I’m looking for a roommate for our home – single guys/gals welcome, couples will get lower priority. The room will become available very soon and you can move in on Dec 20th. Here are the details of our place:

• It’s an 3 Bedroom + Hall HDB unit, new, fully furnished, and very well maintained. 
  
• The room has a queen-sized bed, a desk and 2 wardrobes. It’s also air conditioned and has a ceiling fan along with remote controlled lights. 
  
  
• We have a 42 in LCD wide screen TV, a home theater system, Starhub Hubstation DVR and a Wii. We also have a wireless network and a 100mbps Internet connection – ideal for productivity/videos/gaming. 
  
• Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru, 7 min walk. Tiong Bahru Plaza near by. 
• The location is perfect, no matter where you work. Tiong Bahru is pretty central (it’s 3 stations away from Raffles Place) and the house is 5 Bus stops from Vivocity. Ample public parking nearby. It’s next to Jalan Bukit Merah and there’re buses that go directly to NUS. 
• Bathrom – You’ll be sharing a common bathroom with the Canadian guy. 
• 2 Hawker centres across the street with many convenience shops there, including 3 massage places! Several malls within a 5-7 minute driving radius. 
• The two of us like to have our friends over, and you’re welcome to invite friends, host parties. But we’re also neat freaks, so we’re looking for someone who’ll clean up good after themselves. 
• We’re ideally looking for a male/female working professional. Lower preference would be given to couples. Higher preference will be given for those who’re interested in staying for the remainder of our 2 yr lease (till Oct 2011).
