There aren´t that many certified people in my country (Finland) and I´m planning on taking the exam in 2010.

Proudly I can say that I am first one in East India who has been certified by Google Analytics Qualified Individual.
I have become a Certified Google Analytics Qualified Individual.

I know that very few professional across the India are certified. I don’t have any list of those people even I am not aware about any single person who is certified.

I found it interesting there has been chatter out there, from companies who have their GAAC status – feeling that the IQ certification will somehow confuse people and give the false impression that IQ is equal to GAAC. Perhaps that is why Google will hold back on the logo. I don’t know. I can say, I don’t think I have ever picked up a client because I was either Adwords certified (individually) or as a company (both of which I am).

Thanks Adam – that’s a great site you have there – Just this morning, I was doing a podcast with Andrew Wee and he was asking me if I had any good resources for marketers to learn about Analytics – wish I’d seen your comment a few hours ago!

Anyway, I did speak to an Analytics team leader about the Logo – he’s investigating why there’s no logo yet, seemed like they weren’t fundamentally against the logo idea, someone just hadn’t gotten around to designing it yet – fingers crossed

Congrats. I took the test a little while ago and passed also. I found it quite easy, at first I was worried about questions concerning Advanced Segments and Motion Charts… but found more questions surrounding Adwords integration with GA.
